Isaiah has worked with the founding teams of numerous tech startups and venture studios across the country, mostly on early-stage product strategy, market fit, and investor matching, as well as participating in helping secure $25mm+ in capital raises from investors including Peter Thiel, Mark Cuban, Mike Maples, Joe Lonsdale, Jared Leto, and Tony Hsieh.

Isaiah Same brings fifteen years of experience in leading brand strategy, experience design, and product for Fortune 100s and challenger brands.
Isaiah has overseen $30mm+ in client services, played roles in notable startups, and led the design of flagship products for Disney, Walmart, Subway, Pizza Hut, and others. He started his first agency in his twenties, which he grew to $4mm in ARR and 32 employees in under 3 years. Isaiah has directed multi-disciplinary teams of up to 30 people, hired and managed over 100 people, and has led the charge in shaping the structure, methodologies, and offerings of several design departments.
